Respec and Reset Items: plan before you rebuild
Reset Items support build experimentation. Patch 1.3.3 permanently reduced respec costs, increased vendor stock, and changed The Artist's reward to two Reset Items.

Name the problem before spending a Reset Item
- Write down the specific failure: damage, a missed dodge, ability recovery, or an awkward weapon sequence.
- Check whether a different equipped form or an Assist Mode adjustment can test that problem without resetting.
- Inspect the current reset requirement and stock in your own game. The source confirms a reduction, but does not give a universal price.
- Choose the first changes you want to test, then use the game's reset control only after reading its confirmation.

A controlled rebuild
Example: your build invests in a move you rarely land. Before resetting, try that move in a simple encounter and identify whether the problem is range, timing, or a missing follow-up. If you still want to rebuild, choose a smaller set of moves you can execute reliably and test the same encounter afterward.
Keep screenshots of the old allocation and the new allocation. Those records help distinguish a better fit for your playstyle from a temporary change in enemy difficulty.
Check the current in-game terms
The vendor's live inventory and the reset confirmation are the final checks for your run. This guide does not provide a fabricated currency price, guaranteed restock timer, or claim that one Reset Item resets every progression system.
